I, Charmaine Kirchmann (Principal Agent of CKPS C.C.) completed the training through Pam Golding Training Academy in Cape Town and passed the Estate Agent board exam in August 2002. I moved to Johannesburg to begin my real estate career in November 2002.

I worked for Sotheby’s Lew Geffen Realty under Willem Prinsloo (one of the top five agents nationally) as an assistant estate agent operating in the Melville, Westdene, Auckland Park areas.
January 2006 – present
I am the Principal owner of my own real estate company specializing in rentals and sales of sectional title apartments in the Northern suburbs of Gauteng. My target market is upwardly mobile couples/singles and small families. My areas include Craighall, Craighall Park, Bryanston, Parktown North, Dunkeld West, Melville, Westcliff, Sandton, Parkwood.
